Ceiling Panels

  ProClad Ceiling Panel Cladding System comprises of 250mm wide interlocking PVC ceiling panels (planks) that fit together to create a single flat, flush, solid structure with a degree of insulation to help reduce condensation.  Ceiling cladding and ceiling construction is simplified with our Proclad ceiling system.

PVC ceiling panels are used to cover an existing ceiling or to create a false ceiling that is easy to fit and creates a great looking and durable finish.  The ceiling boards are a more practical way to tackle ceiling construction both an installation and a final aesthetic point of view.

The ceiling construction perimeter is usually finished wih a simple J edge, but coving is also available to finish the installation.  Proclad PVC ceiling panels have a softening point of 60 degrees centigrade - so spotlights are commonly fitted through the panels - as long as the max temperature is not exceeded.

Proclad PVC panels may also be used on walls, such as cladding a partition wall where greater rigidity is required, or in a domestic application.
