Technical Information
For fitting please follow the Aquabord fitting instructions, with the following exceptions:
1. Trims to be used are a 1 piece edge trim for all exposed edges – unfortunately the Cladseal cannot be used with 4mm panels. The edge trim should cut to size and fitted to the panel before the panel is fitted to the wall using a little silicon in the groove of the trim. Make sure to use silicon on the wall where the back of the bottom edge will sit. Additional clear silicon should also be used on the front of this edge when the panel and trim have been fitted.
2. The internal corner is to be finished with 2 pieces: a 50mm angle is to be fitted using adhesive to the corner prior to fitting the panels. Adhesive should be also be used on the face of the angle so that the angle is fixed to the wall and the panels is fixed to the angle. Use silicon in the corner after fitting the panels and finish with the quadrant trim using adhesive.
