Proclad is a plastic hygienic wall cladding system that is specifically designed to be durable, hygienic, smooth and easy to clean. The hygienic wall cladding system is non particle shedding and meets all EU Food Hygiene Regulations.

Proclad hygienic wall cladding is a hard wearing, impact resistant hygienic covering for walls. Proclad gives a hygienic, watertight, wipe clean cladding surface which is particularly desirable in kitchens and showers. Proclad is the modern hygienic alternative to ceramic tiles.

Proclad Standard Grade hygienic wall cladding is a polypropylene (PP) specification specifically designed for low temperature environments, with a operating range from -25-110 degrees C. |
Proclad Plus Grade hygienic wall cladding is a polyvinylchloride specification (uPVC), -5 to 60 degrees C, and is ideal for hygienic applications where normal Class 1 Fire Rating is required. It has a hard gloss finish, matching trims, and is fixed with Proclad adhesive.

Proclad Hyper Grade cladding is a uPVC specification but with a silver ion based antimicrobrial included. This makes it ideal for very high care areas where the spread of viruses and infections must be controlled. Class 0 Fire rated as per Premium Grade. |
Proclad Premium Grade is a solid satin finish uPVC and is ideal for tougher hygienic applications. It may be finished with trims or alternatively welded joints and thermoformed corners. Class 0 fire rated when fixed onto a non combustible substrate. |
